• Relevance: Keep your contributions relevant to the experience you’re sharing. For example, reviews should focus on the actual experience or service you had—not on politics, a business’s internal matters, or anything unrelated. Keep it helpful and on-point so others can make informed choices.
• Inappropriate content: Keep it respectful—bad language isn’t welcome here. Express yourself creatively, but there’s no place for threats, harassment, lewdness, hate speech, or any form of bigotry. Let’s keep things positive and safe for everyone.
• Conflicts of interest: Keep it real—avoid conflicts of interest and stay honest in your reviews. Don’t let personal connections, promotions, or hidden agendas influence what you post. Be transparent, unbiased, and fair. For example, don’t review your own business, job, or your friends’ or family’s businesses. And steer clear of reviewing competitors or businesses you’re connected to professionally. We want genuine opinions that help everyone make smart choices, not self-promotion. Businesses should follow ethical review practices, too. Staff should never compete to collect reviews or offer incentives like freebies, discounts, or payments in exchange for reviews. It’s not just off-putting to savvy consumers—it could also be illegal. Similarly, don’t offer rewards to get reviews removed. Trust the process, keep it genuine, and let real experiences speak for themselves.
• Privacy: Respect privacy—only share what’s yours to share. Don’t post personal details or images of others without their consent. For example, Opinle only shares your reviews and experiences, not private info about other people. Keep it respectful and make sure everyone’s privacy is protected.
• .Promotional content: Keep it real—don’t post promotional material.  We want Opinle to stay helpful and focused on real experiences, not cluttered with ads from every user. Let’s keep the vibe authentic for everyone!
• Post your own content: Keep it original—don’t copy content from other sites, users, or businesses. Share your own words, photos, and videos! And nope, no using chatbots or AI to create or tweak your reviews. Keep it 100% you!
