It is such a massive attraction that the event landed in the Guinness Book of World Records. It seems as if the whole city comes out to line the streets and watch the procession. Dressed in feathered and rhinestone costumes some with feather pieces extending massively behind their backs they could pass as human peacocks. Car floats carry elaborately decorated Carnival Queens. And they parade goes on well into the night.
